The Veteran Strong Pale Ale is made once a year to honor the community’s veterans and their families. This year, Perrin support is focused around LZ Michigan 2017 and the mission of Remember, Honor and Celebrate through several community events starting in August thru September.

O’Connor Brewing Co. Wins FOUR Medals in Commonwealth Craft Beer Cup National Competition![]() Norfolk, VA - May 22, 2017 — O’Connor Brewing Co. claimed a total of four medals in the 2017 Alltech Commonwealth Craft Beer Cup, a professional craft beer competition held in Kentucky featuring beers from around the globe of all styles judged by a panel of industry veterans. Medals for the the fourth annual Alltech Commonwealth Cup competition were awarded May 20, 2017 at the Alltech Craft Brews and Food Fair in Lexington, Kentucky. Gold, silver and bronze medals were awarded, as well as an overall winner.

On Saturday, March 25th Perrin Brewing is set to release the award-winning Vietnamese Imperial Porter “No Rules” at the Perrin Pub. The Perrin Pub will release “No Rules” starting at 11am to the general public. Perrin Pub Club members will have the opportunity to purchase their bottles an hour early, starting at 10am on Saturday morning. Members must bring their Pub Club Membership card to gain access an hour early. “No Rules” will be released in 22oz bottles and on draft for 8oz pours inside of the pub. The price per bottle is $16.99 for “No Rules”, as there is a limited number of bottles being sold, sales are on a first come first serve basis. ![]() On the heels of tomorrow's International Women's Day, Oskar Blues Brewery is pumped to announce the debut of SHE’Boogie Bop, a limited-release lavender vanilla cream ale. Brewed by women, it will be available at Colorado taproom and restaurant locations starting March 13. Cream ale is a distinctly American style ale known for being light, crisp and balanced. The lady brew crew used a grain bill including corn, wheat and pilsner malt; then they got weird with it – adding real vanilla beans and lavender after fermentation. The music of Prince played while they worked, for added inspiration and style points. Awards were presented February 23 through 25, 2017 during the Dublin Craft Beer Cup award ceremony in Dublin, Ireland. Award-winning brewers received gold, silver and bronze medals in eight different categories of beer, establishing the best examples of each. Entrants to the Dublin Craft Beer Cup are critiqued based on appearance, aroma, flavour, body, style and quality. ![]() The Enlightened Despot is an amazingly rich, complex and surprisingly drinkable Bourbon Barrel Russian Imperial Stout.
